Creator responsibility

Only upload or import content you created, licensed, or have documented permission to use. “Publicly visible,” “downloadable,” “royalty-free” and “edited” do not automatically mean the content is cleared for commercial reuse.

Media starts in a pending state and requires licence evidence. An approval status records an internal workflow decision; it is not legal advice and does not guarantee that a platform or rights holder will agree.

Report a rights concern

Submit the original work, the viral.tel URL(s), your authority and an accurate good-faith statement through our rights-report form. We may request more information, restrict access during review and preserve relevant records.

Counter-information

A user affected by a report may be asked for licence records, source files or other proof. False reports or false licence evidence may result in account action.
