Terms of service

1. The service

viral.tel provides tools to organize media, create edited videos, process batches and connect supported publishing accounts. The service is currently an invitation-only beta. Features, limits and availability may change while the beta is tested.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected account misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for every connected social account.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant viral.tel the limited permission needed to store, copy, process, render and transmit it at your direction. You must have all rights, licences, consents and permissions required for every video, audio track, image, name and likeness you use.

4. Publishing platforms

Connected platforms are separate services governed by their own terms and policies. Their review, monetization, copyright and account decisions are outside viral.tel’s control. Editing or combining media does not itself create ownership, permission or eligibility for monetization.

5. Beta availability

Keep your own source files and export backups. We may suspend jobs or accounts to protect users, rights holders, infrastructure or the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific revenue result or acceptance by a third-party platform.

6. Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for policy violations, unpaid charges after paid plans launch, legal requirements or material security risks.

7. Contact

Rights holders can use the rights-report form. General support channels will be added before public launch.
